Well-Being Weekends

LTC is excited to offer Well-Being Weekends for LTC family members. Virtual classes are sponsored by LTC, offered free to members, and led by wellness professionals who are in recovery. In true LTC fashion we are not promoting or endorsing any one form of wellness. We encourage you to learn, explore and decide what works for you.

Potential benefits of wellness practice could include reduced anxiety, better sleep and much much more. Self-care is not selfish, it is essential.

Classes may include Guided Meditation, Sound & Energy Healing, Gentle Stretching & Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and personal training sessions for all levels with appropriate wellness topics of the week.
